1970 was perhaps Carlton s sweetest victory ever against arch rivals Collingwood. Beaten by 10 points in the Second Semi-Final played between the two teams who finished on top of the ladder at the end of the Home & Away Season, Carlton were determined to avenge that defeat by Collingwood. This meant playing St Kilda in the Preliminary Final on 19th September, 1970. Carlton won convincingly by 72 points and earned the right to play Collingwood in the Grand Final the following week. At half time the Collingwood fans thought they had the game in the bag as they led by 44 points. Carlton, however, had other ideas and in the greatest Grand Final comeback ever they ended up winning the game by 10 points!! Collingwood fans were devastated and had to wait another twenty years to win their next flag!
Up for sale are the three Souvenir Football Records of these three Finals games. All are in reasonable condition for their age. The Grand Final and Second Semi Final Records lists Goal Scorers and the quarter by quarter scores.

This great golf polo shirt, brand new and made by Greg Norman in a wonderful turquoise blue. It has the extra piece of fabric at back neck that all good USA shirts have for much better fit, makes them sit flat and this has the signature Greg Norman shark teeth embroidered on it. It is marked L and measures 59cm across front underarm so would fit a L by Australian standards. As the shirt has come from an outlet the label has been cut but it is a first class 100% product, no faults. Great golf shirt, postage would be $5.50 satchel Australia wide, and I can fit up to four in the $9.60 satchel, happy to combine postage, no handling charges here and you will also receive a small gift. Thanks for looking, more items coming soon.
